Modern Slavery Statement
Autozilla Ltd
Last Update: 1st October 2025
1. Introduction
Autozilla Ltd is committed to combating modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our
business and supply chains. We recognise our responsibility to uphold and protect human rights
and are dedicated to ensuring that our practices — and those of our suppliers and partners —
promote fairness, dignity, and freedom for all individuals.
This statement is made in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (UK) and outlines the
steps Autozilla Ltd has taken during the financial year ending 20 June 2026 to prevent modern
slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains.
2. Our Business and Structure
Autozilla Ltd is a leading online automotive marketplace specialising in the buying and selling of
vehicles, automotive parts, accessories, and memorabilia. Through our digital platform, we connect
private sellers, professional dealers, collectors, and enthusiasts, enabling seamless transactions
across the automotive sector.
Headquartered in London, UK, Autozilla Ltd operates with a team of 2 employees. Our services
include:
- Online marketplace for new and used vehicles
- Retail of automotive parts, accessories, and memorabilia
- Platform solutions for automotive businesses and dealerships
3. Our Supply Chains
Our supply chains consist primarily of technology service providers, platform infrastructure partners,
marketing and content service providers, third-party logistics and fulfilment partners, and suppliers
of automotive parts, accessories, and merchandise.
While Autozilla Ltd does not directly manufacture or source physical goods at scale, we recognise
that risks of modern slavery can exist within the extended supply chain — particularly in the
production of automotive components, electronic devices, and certain merchandise. We are
committed to working closely with our partners and suppliers to identify and mitigate these risks.
4. Policies and Commitments
We have implemented a range of internal policies and procedures designed to promote ethical
business practices and prevent modern slavery, including:
- Code of Conduct – setting out expectations for lawful and ethical behaviour by employees and partners.
- Supplier Code of Conduct – requiring suppliers to comply with applicable labour, human rights, and anti-slavery laws.
- Whistleblowing Policy – providing a confidential mechanism for reporting concerns about unethical practices.
- Human Rights and Ethical Sourcing Policy – aligning our practices with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
5. Risk Assessment and Due Diligence
Autozilla Ltd conducts regular assessments to identify potential areas of risk in our operations and
supply chains. Key actions include:
- Vetting suppliers and third-party partners for compliance with modern slavery and human rights standards.
- Including contractual provisions requiring compliance with anti-slavery legislation.
- Requesting self-assessment questionnaires and certifications from key suppliers.
- Monitoring higher-risk areas, such as merchandise sourcing and international logistics.
6. Training and Awareness
We recognise that awareness and education are vital in identifying and addressing modern slavery
risks. We provide training to staff — particularly those involved in procurement, supplier
management, and compliance — to help them recognise warning signs and follow reporting
procedures. This training is reviewed and updated annually.
7. Monitoring and Performance Indicators
We measure the effectiveness of our approach through several indicators, including:
- Percentage of suppliers completing modern slavery due diligence checks
- Number of employees completing modern slavery awareness training
- Reports received through whistleblowing or compliance channels and how they are addressed
8. Continuous Improvement
Autozilla Ltd is committed to continuous improvement in this area and will continue to:
- Deepen engagement with suppliers to encourage transparency and ethical practices
- Expand the scope of supplier audits and reviews
- Strengthen our policies and procedures in line with evolving best practices and legal requirements
