Vintage Porsche Drivers Coat

Bought this at the same time as I acquired a 1988 Carrera Supersport (Option 491), and wore it once.

It is a short sleeved driving coat, high collared in sheepskin/lambswool,, with similar material panels to the lower back and shoulders:- ideal protection for open top motoring. It was a 60th birthday present, as was the car.

Porsche badging to inner pocket, lining and YKK zip pull, and is featured on the yellow/gold lining, which has detail tags attached.. All external edges are bound in brown leather which match the external colour of the sheepskin panel features. In addition the coat carries leather loops to shoulders and lower sleeves, which are closed by studs. Pockets: 2 external. 2 internal. Coat has a YKK zip closure, from top of the collar to the bottom of the coat.

Condition, given probable age, is remarkable. There is no damage to the coat at all and it carries its patina in style. I have never seen another, ever, though you may have
